The Artist House is a luxury home  in Kemptown built in  1790.  It is full of character and  finished to a high standard after lengthy renovations. 

• It has 4 double bedrooms and sleeps 8 people, There are three king size double beds which are all  zip-link giving the option of six single beds, and a fourth double bed. (So no uncomfortable sofa bed) .
• Quality pure cotton 300tc white bed linen and towels are provided.
• There is a bathroom and a shower room, both with WC.
• There are two reception rooms, a living room with flat screen television, Amazon firestick,  and large leather sofas.
• The dining room also has flat screen television and DVD, and a table seating 10 people.
• The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and separate dryer.
• The kitchen leads out to a pretty walled garden, which can also be accessed by steps from the hall.
• There are Amazon Echo Dots in the kitchen and living room

Books are for a minimum of two nights.

Master bedroom with king size bed (twin/king zip-link option) and television sleeps 2
Bedroom 2(top front) with twin beds (twin/king size zip-link option) sleeps 2
Bedroom 3 (top back) with double bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 4(ground back ) with twin beds (twin/king size zip-link option) sleeps 2

Bathrooms:
Luxury bathroom with showers, sink,  WC and heated towel rail
Luxury shower room with large two person shower, sink,  WC and heated towel rail.

Kitchen:
A large, modern white kitchen with earthstone work surfaces, oven & ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle, cafetiere, coffee grinder.  The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cooking equipment, serving dishes  and glassware.

Reception Rooms

Living Room
This comfortable living room has 2 large real leather sofas and an upholstered bench seat, with antique chandelier and rococo console table. There is a flat screen TV,  ands Amazon Firestick

Dining Room
The dining room leads of the kitchen and has a large oak table that seats 10, and can be extended to seat 14! There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player.

Towels and bed Linen:
Fluffy white towels and pure white cotton bed linen is included.

Amenities/Facilities:

Garden with table, bench and chairs.

NOTE - noise in the garden must be kept to a resonable level, and the garden must not be used after 10.30 pm
