Overview

The Artist House is a newly refurbished holiday home in the Kemptown in Brighton. The house was built in  1790 and is full of character. There are 4 double bedrooms and two reception rooms  arranged over 4 floors.  The house is  filled with  original artwork and antiques.
Superbly situated a stone's throw from the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier. This property is ideal for  groups, families or corporate bookings who want easy access to Brighton’s restaurants, bars, nightclubs, train station, conference centres and shops.
The house is finished to a high standard after 6 months of renovations, it is bright fresh and airy and sleeps 8. There are three king size double beds two of which are zip-link giving the option of four single beds, and a fourth double. Quality pure cotton white bed linen and towels are provided. 

Bookings are for a minimum of two nights

Please not that the property will be set up as one king size double bed, one double bed and two sets of twins unless otherwise requested. 

Access Information

The house is on 4 floors and being 250 years old, the staircases are narrow. There are a few steps up to the front door. Sorry, no disabled access.
